<- First Class of JA ->
I had my first day of teaching today. I did the whole introduction thing and then I had to administer a test and I am thinking that everything will be just fine. I was gone a whole lot longer than I anticipated but whatever. The teacher there is pretty cool and I think that she likes me. I am back in the class next week Thursday to start my first lesson.
I love how excited the kids got and I already have my favorites. (I know that is wrong) The good thing is that so far there is none of them that I dislike.
Kids are fun and so go for the soul. There was this one little boy named Rey who just kept looking at me when something was going on and smiling. And there is Micah who is going to be the playah when he grows up. He came up and asked me if I was a mom. And I told him that we would talk about it the next time that we met.
If this one goes well then I think I will continue to do this in the future though I think I love working with this teacher so maybe I am just being spoiled.
Off to do something productive in my room. What it is? I have no clue but we shall see.
