<- Say what you mean girl! ->
I am not going to stain this entry with emotional blib blabs of what is going on in my head. I do not think that I am ready for that.
Today Katie told me that I have "hang ups" about friends and that I care too much about whose friends with who and blah, blah, blah. I tried to explain myself to her but she just kept cutting me off and then it turned into a whole, "no I don't", "yes you do" kind of conversation. I then just gave in and said, "maybe you are right, and that can just be your opinion."
The truth of the matter is that I do not have hang ups about friends what I do have are standards and to those who have spent large portions of their lives away from their family, friends soon take that place. But I mean good friends, and really we all should have just one and I have been blessed with several in my life. Is it a hang up of mine that I am aware of connections between myself and others. And really when you think about it, what I should have just said is, "The 'fun' friends you speak of, I really do not like or care for too much. I think they are lame and I think that they are NOT fun and though you and Rachel may like them, I really do not like them enough to get out of my comfy sweats in my crampy bloated state of affairs to hang out with them."
